Mellow Mood Group, which shows a growing apetite for property development lately, is to turn the present office building located under Nádor u. 13 into a four-star hotel. With a planned 2009 4th quarter handover in mind, the seven-story, 7500 sqm gross sized building is to give home to the third Fashion hotel of the group.
