Baltazár Theatre

The Baltazar Theatre was established in 1998 and their members are young people 
with mental disabilities. The Baltazar Theatre Foundation runs the company and breaks
new ground by putting their disabilities in the background and emphasizing their talent.

The Baltazar Theatre is the one and only professional theatre company in Hungary with disabled actors and actresses.
The Baltazar Theatre Foundation has been working with young people with disabilities for 6 years. Through their work in the theatre these people can show themselves to society as they are. To achieve this aim, the Foundation provides high standard theatre trainings, creates good performances and continuously appears in the media to get recognition.
